Today I took out my garbage dressed as follows: flip-flops, tracksuit pants, a vest and a chain. Strange, isn't that the exact attire of another, rather infamous CARL?
Soon I will be as hairy and perhaps as bald. Time will reveal all.
Haven't been dabbling to heavily in the MMOs of late. World of Warcraft is a distant memory. With regard to Lord of the Rings Online: I have rolled several toons across two servers. At the moment Kristina plays more than I do. I have also re-activated my STAR WARS GALAXIES account. I am enjoying being a medic on Tatooine.
Haven't smoked my pipe in 2 days. Kristina has been on to me about smoking too much. I've been at about 1 pipe every 1-2 days. I'd like to make it a once a week thing. It can be bath night! A bath, a pipe and some port. Sounds good to me.
My books have all been put on the very-far-away burner. Work is all consuming. I dream of Popeyes almost every night. Especially with the latest antics (which I shall elaborate on soon).
But let me recap:
I am working on 2 novels in the same Universe:
"Dreampath" and "Dark Awakening" - they are both set in a kind of Romano-Colonial Africa. The first being about a boy from "Rome" who is part of prophecy that speaks of the end of the world as it is known. The second is about a "Roman" boy who is saved from a horde of "zombies" by a young "Roman" lady and a witchdoctor who are searching for the girl's brother.
[A Note: all those quote are not for emphasis. I am using them to show that the children are from some pseudo-Rome and that the horde are close to zombies, but are not in fact zombies. To explain my own terminologies in this post would take so long, so I am using recognizable words as place holders. Thank you.]
Related to this is my PLAY-BY-EMAIL RPG set in the post-cataclysmic version of the Universe of my two previously mentioned novels. The book serious (and the game) is called "Broken Dawn." Anyway - I need to get back to that stuff.
Then there is "The Lumpy Puppy." Lisa Miller has drawn some pictures for me, so I will have to churn this out soon.
So - Lumpy Puppy first, then I'll hit the whole Broken Dawn situation with a vengeance.

Where you attacked by a Siamese bat when you were young?
Yes. They're more fiercer.
